Raydafon's PTO Shaft for PEECON Vertical Feed Mixers uses a φ62mm hardened alloy steel shaft and a four-spherical roller bearing combination, which is specially designed for handling high-density mixed materials. Actual measurements show that its instantaneous peak torque reaches 4,200Nm, which can stably drive large mixers of more than 20 cubic meters from brands such as PEECON and KUHN, and maintain a speed fluctuation of less than 5% when crushing hard raw materials such as corn cobs and beet pulp.

Aiming at the pain point that pasture straw and bales are easy to entangle, the product innovation adopts a three-lip dust cover + spiral chip groove design. After running continuously for 800 hours in a mixed environment of sand, dust and fiber, the internal cleanliness of the universal joint still reaches NAS level 7 standards. Its seals are made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber with a temperature range of -45℃ to 130℃. In the humid environment of the Pampas grassland in Argentina, it successfully resists the acid corrosion caused by feed fermentation, and its service life is extended by 3 times that of ordinary products.

To cope with the uneven working environment of the ranch, the PTO shaft is equipped with a ±45° universal joint + hydraulic damper, which can still transmit smoothly when there is a 50cm height difference between the tractor and the mixer.
