Each helical gear is produced in Raydafon's own factory throughout the entire process - from 20CrMnTi carburizing steel cutting, CNC gear hobbing, carburizing and quenching, to gear grinding and finishing, and inspection before delivery. The entire process strictly implements the ISO 9001:2015 quality system. The gear measurement center can detect key indicators such as tooth guide error and helix angle deviation to ensure that the meshing noise of the finished product is ≤70dB, ensuring smooth transmission and durability.

When many users first come into contact with helical gears, they often ask: "Can this type of gear be used for transmission at any angle?" The answer is not completely. Although helical gears have smoother and lower noise transmission characteristics, their working angles are limited and they are mainly suitable for power transmission between parallel and oblique axes.
In general, helical gears are most suitable for transmission between parallel axes because their helical gear structure can achieve a high degree of overlap, thereby reducing vibration, noise and increasing load capacity. In certain specific working conditions, helical gears can also be used for staggered axes (non-vertical cross axes), the so-called "oblique transmission", but this method will be accompanied by a certain degree of axial force and efficiency loss, which is not as stable as orthogonal transmission (such as bevel gears).
If you need a transmission structure with an angle of 90° or more, it is recommended to use bevel gears or spiral bevel gears, which are designed for vertical axes, with higher transmission efficiency and more reliable meshing.
In addition, helical gears are not the first choice for transmissions with atypical angles (such as 45° or 120°). Even if they can be achieved through special structural coordination, most engineers still prefer to use special gear types suitable for transmissions at this angle to ensure reasonable structure and reliable life.
