Hello, Raydafon team! I am Mike Johnson, a farmer from Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been using your PTO drive shafts for soybean and wheat cultivation for almost two years! I remember that when I placed the order, I took a photo of the power output end of the tractor and sent it to you. Your customer service drew a matching diagram on the same day, and even marked the folding angle of the dust cover. When it arrived, in addition to the drive shaft, there were two bags of desiccant and a temperature and humidity recorder in the wooden box, which showed that the humidity never exceeded 40% during transportation. This packaging is more sophisticated than the local products I bought in Canada. During installation, I found that you applied anti-seizing agent on the spline, and it was in place with a light push, unlike the previous shaft that had to be hammered for a long time before it was installed. I sincerely appreciate your hard work. Now all four agricultural machines on my farm have been replaced with Raydafon drive shafts, and even the most difficult disc harrow has never had any problems.
